24 year directors. Lack of professionalism and over indulgence of self importance. My impressions dealing with them is that they are a bunch of c players (and maybe some b’s) that like to portray themselves as A’s. Stay away.
FWIW I’ve been at Convoy for a few years (came from Amazon) and have been very impressed with the talent on the product side- much better than I ever saw at Amazon. Maybe these folks had a poor interview experience? Not sure how you can have intimate knowledge of an Org without working here 🤷♂️
Nope.
Their product org is a complete shitshow. Be prepared for randomization and lots of making up bullshit to justify a valuation. The company is held together by duct tape and an unreal amount of grunt ops work. Company is not mature enough for real levels/bands. Good luck.
