Sleep Hours per Day (SHD): How much rest are you getting? Monthly Prescription Medications (MPM): How many different medications do you need to support you per month? Some meds are taken daily, weekly, monthly, etc., just count up how many drugs you take. Cigarettes per Week (CW): Do you smoke? How much? Alcoholic Beverages per Week (ABW): Do you drink? How much? It’s not perfect I agree. Do you have a better way of measuring the stress on your heart? The risk of developing many diseases increases at 25. A more dramatic increase is seen at 30.
A cardio stress test would be a better measure as BMI doesn’t give you insight into what you are looking for.
Is there a way to grab all these stats from Apple health? Too much work to calculate them all lol

How many times do you pray per day? How many friends can you call right now for help? How many people have you called or texted today not work related?
