Does amazon provide any health insurance after quitting job? Or long leave? I heard people get cobra insurance between jobs. Thx
Cobra is CRAZY expensive.
Employer is required to allow you to remain in the plan, but you have to pay the entire premium to do so. They no longer contribute.
Don’t do Cobra, too expensive. If in CA, check out different plans through Covered California. Substantially cheaper route. Otherwise, check healthcare.gov for options available to you.

You only have cobra coverage for 18-24 months if I’m correct. Amazon isn’t doing any favor here, this is a federal rule. You have to pay for entire monthly premiums including employer contribution whatsoever.
18
But you have to pay to get those 18 months, like $2k/month or something
