Is anyone else selling tech into healthcare providers/facilitators as well as medical device manufacturers? What are your companies doing to shorten the sales cycle for SAAS solutions? The common sales cycle for us is 6-18 months depending on the org. How can we address committee votes, compliance etc in a more expedited fashion while not being off-putting to these orgs?
Creating some sort of compelling event. Or by showcasing what they would be losing by not moving forward quickly
Agreed. Sell the losses and what they’ll loose by not working with you.

I know what you mean. There is this other company called Qventus that sells health tech into hospitals. There’s no way around these long sales cycles. In addition to regulation, you have to prove data security as well.
