With the rise in H1b rejections, if my case gets rejected, if my case gets rejected after moving to FB, does FB terminate my employment? do they have the option of working from other countries??
Not anymore I think
You will have to check that with FB. I would avoid moving on a receipt. For some it has even took 6-8 months.

I would take the risk and go for it. Provided your educational background is good, and salary is much higher than the prevailing wage, chances of RFE are low. Even if you get RFE, the chances of clearing it are higher.
The compensation is good and have a bachelors in EE & CS and working on my masters in CS
"Some companies had near-perfect approval rates: Microsoft, Apple, Google, Intel, and Facebook each scored 99% success rates." https://amp.businessinsider.com/more-h-1b-visa-applications-rejected-under-trump-2019-2
Did h1b rejection actually rise by much ? I think approval rate is still >75%. Unless you are one the desi consulting fraud companies with low pay and fake resume. If the job is specialized and you have BS/MS computer sc., Should have no problem I think. Some employers keep the job description wrong, like any bachelor can do it, that can lead to rejection as its then not a specialized job.
Thanks I'll make sure they keep the description specific
The worst that can happen is you get an RFE, for which I'm sure FB will respond well. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
Any chance of reopening of premium for applications filed after Dec 21, 2019
Or do they follow green card date priority style of opening premium processing ?
Don't move on receipt
