Help - No response since receiving offer letter from Amazon HR.
I had an interview last week and received an offer that same evening (eve of Thanksgiving). The recruiter asked for my availability to set up a phone call and discuss the offer the following Monday. I sent in my availability on Friday (after the holiday) and have also sent a follow up email Monday end of business and left a voicemail Tuesday towards end of business day. My offer expires Friday and I have received no further correspondence. I was excited to receive an offer the same day but I am now worried about the impending expiration. Anyway to escalate or should I just wait it out? Thanks all

Since they gave an offer the same day you interviewed, they want you badly. Negotiate well . Congrats.

Sounds typical, so keep following up. Its an escalation culture so dont be afraid to CC others if you dont get an answer from recruiter directly.
Those are artificial deadlines. If they are not following up, you will get more time. If they interview more for another hire because of an expiration they set, it would take them more time and money to do that.
That makes sense. I will just wait it out and negotiate when I hear back. Thanks for the response.
