I’m joining the “dark side” by moving from consulting to a tech company. Interviewing at Adobe, Uber, FB , Google, etc. 15 YOE in non-engineering role. Marketing, research and analytics focus but heavy tech vertical experience. What level and comp breakdowns should I expect? Since I’m new to the Valley it’s hard for me to evaluate what I should expect. Current comp in consulting: $240k base, $75-$100k bonus pending performance. Crap benefits. ;) Many thanks in advance.

Avoid teams with only Chinese or Indians especially with a Chinese/Indian manager
Depends entirely on the offers you actually get from those companies. And I'm guessing you meant leaving the dark side, as we all know consulting is the true dark side.
I was waiting for someone to say that LOL. House of Lies. I’ll leave it at that.
