Help me evaluate this PayPal offer
I have an offer from PayPal. It's for software Engineer 2, T23. 130 base 10% bonus $25,000 equity 3 year vest $10,000 sign on bonus. Seems pretty low to me especially disappointed with equity numbers. Would like some opinions. It's lower than even the lowest number on Paysa for new grads.
That's definitely very low. Even Yahoo pays more than that

Offer will be calculated based on negotiation, current compensation, interview performance and the past company and school grades. For 2.5 years Experience package looks good.

This is low.
This is a good offer with 2.5 years experience which is not lot. If you are telling me you can crack Google / FB / Uber / Amazon interviews, then I would say you fit the mold for higher salary (cracking the interview for these companies in no way means you can write scalable code with good design).
How much experience? Seems correct to me
