Help regarding h1 transfer - gap between employment
I am planning to take a month long break between the two jobs after my new h1b petition is approved. My green card process is started by my current company (and will continue in my next).do you think this month lobg break can put me out of status or cause issued in GC approval in future?

Not visa related, but I tried to buy a car during 45 days off because I had the time and my old one was limping hard. Couldn't get a car loan because I was unemployed, even though I offered 100% down (I could easily pay cash but wanted the credit line). I tried to open an investment account, and had current and last year's tax statements as proof of income, but they said that no, we realize you made $180k so far this year but your yearly income is zero so what are you even going to invest? When I later got a mortgage, I had to sign a statement about why I didn't have work during that period. It's the weirdest system.
I think you have 60 days grace period, so i think it should be fine.
