It's not a career ask but we have an issue with our Cadillac and have worked with our dealer to get the issue submitted to corporate. Hoping I can get I touch with someone at HQ for GM to boost our help / walk me through how to get what we need. Our backup camera and sensors failed - on a certified car we bought 3 months ago and we want some of the repairs to be covered. We had previously reported the issue within weeks of having the car and were assured there was no problem.
The issue is more the coverage. It's a case by case basis and the issue is intermittent so the dealer was at first stonewalling me and now that we got them to reproduce it they're submitting to GM to see if they'll cover anything
What does your warranty agreement say? Tell them you got approval on Blind
