Hi, how long is premium H1 processing taking these days. Filed for H1 transfer
Filed on 12th, Attorney is saying no receipt notice yet from USCIS. Is this normal? Does USCIS take this long to acknowledge the filing. My last premium transfer was fully done in a weeks time. How long does it take , any one had recent experience? TC 180K
