Any idea whats the hiring timeline is in MS..I gave interview in Aug and the recruiter still says internal process are delaying things but I have verbal offer.
I got verbal offer few days ago. Not sure how long will it take to get formal offer letter.

6-8 weeks is standard. HR can really slow things down. Do you have the hiring manager's contact? If it's been 2 weeks+ since the recruiter said that, I'd hit up the HM
Definitely not at msft. Lots of open headcount in my team.
Does MSFT have a presence in LA?
Not that I am aware of. There might be something very small, or just sales presence.
