If we are directly talking to hiring managers, is it fine to check with them on daily basis for updates or follow up every few days. Daily checking will annoy them or it will give good feeling that constant connection established with HM? Please advice.
Don’t do that. It’s pointless and annoying. Do a follow-up after 5days or so instead. Even managers have to work with HR and hiring committee. And they have their own schedule.
