Hiring freeze at Splunk?
Interviewing with Splunk. However I learnt that they having a hiring freeze. No impact on the interview schedule so far, but wondering if I should be moving forward?
We don’t have a hiring freeze! Some teams are holding back on opening new reqs but for existing open reqs, interviews are as usual :-) which team are you interviewing for if you can tell? Good luck!
Agree! There is no official hiring freeze. While hiring has slowed down a little bit in the last two months, Splunk is still hiring for the reqs that were opened up previously. Just no new reqs being opened for now. Good luck!

No hiring freeze... It's the beginning of our fiscal so most incremental head count this time if year is going to sales and field jobs. That might mean less incremental hiring in products but only temporarily. Backfill headcount is still available on all teams.

Which role you are interviewing for? For backend SWE there’s no hiring freeze.
