How so?
Well for starters it’s a shitshow internally on both the tech debt side and on the management side. Our CFO acts as our CHRO and were about to basically downlevel half the company in a month. Oh and we’ve fired 9 executives/senior leaders in the last 8 months. Basically GM just came to town on a surprise visit to see what the fuck is up and let me tell you they are NOT happy. Shit is FUBAR.
