Where will you get single family house in Bay Area. I heard there are good schools in South Bay and Indian community. I’m not sure how schooling works here in San Fran — is it not as great as South Bay? I’m immigrant so I’m not sure about all these. Any help will be appreciated. Note - school is just the one aspects I’m considering in buying house. I noticed Indians prefers staying in South Bay more, trying to find out why. I’m Indian-Married. Thanks in advance.
Milpitas will see the largest percentage appreciation in the coming years.
Milpitas would double if the shit smell went away
Kirkland
Stop calling it san fran for starters
It depends on what you are looking for . Appreciation in 5 years, Milpitas. If you want to raise a family and have decent schools.l, I would try a different state. Even the best districts are mediocre.
San Fran for sure
West San Jose, Willow Glen, and Sunnyvale are great neighborhoods for schools. Santa Clara has a younger feeling and I don't see many families with kids in high school living there. Fremont is very heavily Asian with people from all over Asia. Some may like it and some may not. Milpitas smells. Cupertino is great but can you afford it?
