This isn't going to have the effect you seem to think it will.

Why are liberals surprised we want it public? This forces everyone to be honest, maybe even CNN 🙂.

Because we all know Trump is going to suppress it and when he does that you will crawl back here with some lame excuse justifying his behavior

    Votes 420 -0 for a "non-binding resolution". That's the key word there

Is that your lame excuse why it would not be provided?

I am saying that Republicans will favor it as long it is non binding. If the resolution was actually a bill.. it would not garner that level of support

OP why do you attack this guy for bringing up details that you brush over?

His comment isn't even politically charged

So you think the vote being a resolution is a good reason why Trump should not release it?

It seems you are confused about the intention of my comment.
Trump should release the report in full. I am not giving an excuse as to why he should not.
All I am saying is that don't give too much cadence to the 100% vote on a non binding resolution. It has full support because it's not binding, and not because Republicans actually support releasing the report.

Having said that, another thing to remember is that meuller is running a counter intelligence operation along with the more public innvestigations into collusion. The collusion investigation falls under doj rules, and Trump can curb the report (at least he has the power to do so if ag supports Trump).
But the counter intelligence operation's report, by law, will be shared with 8 agencies and house and Senate intelligence committees. I am more interested in that one.

I think the entirely of his report should be shared, unredacted, with the House and Senate judiciary and intelligence committees in private. They can then decide what information should be made completely public.

But we want the oversight bodies in Congress to have all the facts.

It will probably be that releasing some of the information would reveal confidential sources but Congress should be able to see that information on a closed session.

As an outsider, I always found it interesting how quickly Americans divide amongst themselves.

You do know that was almost always the reason countries got destroyed in the past?

In my experience.. rest of the world is more easily divided. India.. Europe (France, Germany, Austria, Hungary..) .. South America.. all are more polarized than USA.
China too... But single party rule does a good job at keeping divicive policies out of the minds of the populace.

    I want it public

I personally believe it will be a whole lot of nothing. If the Trump administration makes moves to prevent its release, this will cause me to dramatically update my expectations

I know, I was thinking about that literally yesterday. I think he said during the election he doesn't even drink. He needed to address it too, because people thought he was f**ked on drugs or blackout

Yeah, the shit is coming out of the DOJ & FBI collusion with the Clinton lawyers and the insurance policy. But I guess when the righteous are bloodthirsty, it's all ok.

I think most Trump supporters want Mueller’s screed made public because they know it will show no collusion.

Mueller, Rosenstein and most of them are Republicans. You've been fooled by Trump. You're a sheep.

In what world would you want them all to be from one party?

      Fucking stupid.
