I’ve never found paysa to be even remotely accurate. They don’t even have the right comp structure per company, let alone the right actual numbers.
Not at all accurate. Like Amazon caps nearly all base salaries at 160k, and Paysa will say that the average salary for a given position is 180k. It’s bullshit. Not sure that Glassdoor is much better though.
Paysa is too high, Glassdoor is too low, due to stale data. I usually shoot for something in the middle
Not at all. Inflated piece of shit.
Blind is inflated too. I have found Glassdoor to be closer to the truth.
I make the 75th percentile .. seems rather accurate for some levels at Salesforce
www.levels.fyi has much better salary info. Granted it's for a smaller pool of companies but the ones they do have are really good.
The issue is, Paysa looks at total company salary and breaks down the range by role. Glassdoor does it by role AND years of exp.
Paysa is hit or miss. Glassdoor is just bad.

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
