You're doing good. I would say above average, since top 5% is probably higher with respect to Bay area. FYI I'm 19 months experience 220k I know ~2 folks with same YOE as me come in with multiple competing offers and make 250k TC not counting sign on (which was also 50k lol). This was at Goog, and other companies. They seem to be the top 5%.
