How are the AWS EC2 and marketplace teams?
How are the teams in these orgs in terms of project, management, work life balance, promotion, turnover rate, etc.. Also, does anyone have any insight on the EC2 Nucleus team?

AWS here, not marketplace or EC2 WLB is great 40hrs a week, show up whenever I want, work on cool projects and get tons of freedom. I love it.

Nucleus org is great, lots of interesting work
Work life balance is quite good in most marketplace teams. In terms of projects, there are many independent initiatives going on with major missing pieces connecting them all. There's tons of scope to grow and improve and we're crawling towards it. You'll find plenty of opportunities to do well and advance
