How can I help my wife get a QA job?

We are based in Vancouver, Canada. My wife has some tech knowledge but never actually worked in the field. What can she learn or do so she can have an actual chance getting a job? Thanks a lot

Easiest to land jobs with companies that aren’t tech companies. Some only ask behaviours questions lol
