How do I respond to the interview question about...
The most challenging task I’ve done (that’s work related)? Most tasks I’ve run into with enough research does not seem worth mentioning. Have I just never been challenged in my career if I can’t answer this question? I feel like if I did something challenging, I just got through it with perseverance.

Just pick something that seems interesting and involved weave a story that grips the imagination of your interviewer it’s just like dating
Something not challenging to you may be completely foreign/challenging to your interviewer. Another way to look at the Q is: ever had to make a tough decision or start a task with little to no data/info? The real gist of the Q is describing your thought process, decision making, and execution of a task.
