How do pm levels map between Google, Adobe and Amazon?
I'm a L6 at Amazon. If I were to move to Google, Adobe or Microsoft, what levels could I expect at these 3 companies?
Not sure about Adobe, but mostly an L4 at google if you have been an L6 at Amazon for at least a year or two.
No idea what an L6 at Amazon represents. What is that in terms of experience/management/etc?
Total 7 years experience, most of which is relevant for current role under discussion with Adobe
OP I’m curious how this played out? I’d guess L6 at Amazon is SrPM at Adobe? Don’t know their levels but I’m curious what you found out as well. Director PM levels at each seem to be equivalent from what I can tell

Increase two levels from google if your google level is less than 5. For over 5, it might be a one level delta.
How about Google to Adobe? I'm assuming that above is mapping from Google to Amazon.
Amazon L6 == Google L6 == Adobe L6
OP, mind telling how your interview process was? What type questions did you see in the phone screens and what during the on-site?
