I’m graduating college soon and trying to decide what company to join (CS, eng). There are several companies that have rejected me but of the ones that have given offers, I am having a hard time deciding which one to go with. I don’t want to name companies, so specifics aside, what are your general principles in deciding what company to join when you have multiple offers? Especially when you don’t have a lot of prior details on what exactly the team will be like, who the coworkers will be, etc.
