How do you cope up with short deadlines?
I have been made part of a project which is running Red due to very short deadline (1 month). How to push myself to get this shot done?

Like what someone tells you to work 80 hour weeks for the next month? Id say no, tell them to get their deadline moved.

Push back and explain that you either have to cut features or extend the deadline.
I find the person responsible for the poor planning and make clear that they owe me one and used up their freebie.
