How do you handle late interviews?
A fresher shows up 30 minutes late for his technical panel interview because he stopped at McDonald’s. What does your engineering team do?
"well you only have 20 min left for your interview. Let's start with questions about your resume and see if we have time for the programming question"

Give him the same amount of questions to cover in the time he has remaining.
This guy has management written all over him
My 2nd Google interviewer never came. It took 40 minutes for them to find a new guy. The guy was less than pleased and acted dismissive. How would you handle that? P.S. the last interviewer told me I'd be fired if I do any open source work in my free time. A nice finishing touch.
Hahaha wow that's crazy. I think I'd actually stop the third interviewer and ask if I could speak to the recruiter and ask for a different day.
Maybe you were not his first for the day. It get harder after the second time, especially with age. 🍆
