How does Facebook employees treat employees of outside companies they've contracted a service from?
Title says it all. Are they treated as equals or are they looked down upon?

Policy enforces difference in treatment and privileges due to Microsoft lawsuit. Other than that, most employees treat everyone with respect that they would want for themselves. Few bad eggs, but overall good. Your immediate team will determine how you feel most of the time.
Like any companies. Most are friendly and some outliers are jerks.
