How does Google get fined for Android by the EU, but not Apple for iOS?

If anything Apple's iOS is an even more of a closed ecosystem and more anti-competitive. What were the EU's considerations when deciding to go after Google only? Any chance Apple is next in their sights?

    The issue is not having a monopoly. The issue is exploiting a monopoly in one market to be anti-consumer in another market.

    I don’t know what google did or didn’t do, but an example would be “if you want Android, you have to use google search.”
