How does IDEO designer function?
anybody can share experience about the working process with ideo designers?

That hasn’t been my experience. Out of 6 projects so far, I haven’t had a single project deliver a PowerPoint deck as a final deliverable. Besides, everyone knows that designers prefer Keynote.
You pay them a shitload of money and they give you a powerpoint deck.
Seems hot.
