How does internal transfer work at Google?
How soon can one transfer teams internally after joining Google? What does Google internal transfer process look like? Is hiring bar the same for internal transfer as it is for external candidates? How supportive is Google for folks to change teams?

aknt Nov 13, 2019Then you already passed the interviews when they hired you. So you should be good to go. Unless you interviewed for a specific roll, and this roll is different. YMMV
Mostly 1 yr. You can do earlier but need more approvals. Pretty straight forward. Yes. Top teams are tougher to get in. Google encourages this behavior.
