How does leveling work at Facebook and Google?
I have one year of work experience. Currently a level 3 at Uber and was wondering how likely it is to interview to a level 4 at Facebook or Google? Is it based solely on interview performance? What are other factors considered?

It's pretty common at Uber to get promoted after a year. But also just wondering
