How does referral work in Salesforce?
I finally find someone to refer me for internship at Salesforce but he just told me to put his email at the time of applying. I did this but I am wondering is this the correct way of getting a referral and can I be sure of getting an interview now?

The process has changed a bit. We set up a series of flaming hoops, and then you have to jump through them while someone yells at you from the sideline "Do a barrel roll!"

There is an actual referral process in Workday the person should follow if they want to get the referral bonus.

The way to do it is pass you resume and the position you are looking to apply and he will put you in the system. After that you will get an email inviting you to apply
Yes. That is the primary way for referrals at SFDC. Donโt worry we built the product. ๐ Just because you are referred doesnโt guarantee you an interview.

This process is different for Microsoft and the person themselves send the resume to HR with job title, so I was worried.
