Perf: 0-20% of base, 0-13k stock, I'm valuing perf at 13.5k per year as median
Recruiter said its SDE II at MSFT, what actual level is it based on the TC? 60, 61, 62 or 63?

You just have to have a legitimate reason for why they should give you more money.
