Haters gonna hate. OCI is awesome, I really love working here. TC is way better and my work life balance is better than it was at amazon. But I’m in Seattle. Can’t say either way for India. Which team are you looking at?

Don Johnson and Clay have built an amazing infrastructure in just 3 years that took thousands in other companies 5X to accomplish.
I can't speak for engineering, but devops is pretty reasonable. We have follow the sun. Oncall is just during your shift, but includes weekend (you get comp time). Those of us on off hours shift are overtime eligible. I get time and a half for anything over 40 hours a week plus stock, etc...
