How hard is it to move from analytics into operations?
Particularly if you’re a fairly senior analytics person who manages large teams (not low level ICs). I’m wondering where I go as I don’t see myself staying in analytics forever.

GMs at Uber make unddr $250K TC. A friend of mine manages a team of 100 in Ops at G and makes under $400K. Sure if you are VP of Ops globally, but otherwise much more ppl thus less pay

I moved from marketing analytics to operations- it should be seamless. You can build a fantastic case for yourself if you’re able to use data and insights to determine the core levers within an operation
