How helpful is employee referral at Amazon?
How helpful is employee referral at Amazon? Does referral go to recruiting team only or to the actual hiring manager? Can refer multiple positions? How about a multiple referrals from different people for the same position?

I have referred several people to amazon and gotten two bonuses for it. I think it’s very helpful. And if it’s for a friend I will usually send a not to the HM to personally vouch for the person.
In my experience, it gets you a screener quiz. So, pretty helpful.
