Idk why y'all insist on burning your money living downtown. There are plenty of places along the metro to the south at much more affordable prices

I've lived in Belltown for years. It's amazing to walk to work and not having to worry about traffic. I've not faced any incidents. Not a big fan of 1-3 Ave. 4 onwards generally seems safe to me.
