How is WLB at Zoox SWE?
Seems like a cool product but they're ambitious and having friends in Tesla makes me nervous about getting into automotive. Looking to make a switch right now though and curious if I should take a closer look?

My experience so far has been pretty positive. I think it varies a lot by team and manager but most of my peers seem to enjoy similar WLB. I think it’s reasonable to expect ~40-45hr weeks.
Like what with TSLA friends? Care to explain.
They rely on people to be very mission driven and my friends end up with relatively low pay and very long intensive hours. My friends feel expected to work from home/on weekends etc...
Do you work in Lab126 or products at Amazon? What position is this? When it comes to autonomous driving still it's a long way ahead and ICE isn't going anywhere. Even M3 doesn't make sense apart from Silicon Valley salaries and all time low gas prices.
