How is an L3 offer at two sigma?
got an offer as l3 at two sigma. what is the comp range for that? how does it compare to bay area companies? say fb e5? they haven’t told me the comp numbers yet. i was asked for an expectation.

I think the range is supposed to be comparable to E5 yea... I know someone who got hired in from Google L4 to L3 there and asked him to confirm the claims I saw on Blind (350k at L3), he said yes it's possible (so I'm guessing 350 would be the higher end).
