How is googliness in Google is different than being peculiar at Amazon?

    Typically other companies like Amazonians for their work ethic, thoroughness, and enjoyment of punishment. They don’t care for the asshole-quotient. In a recent interview I had, an SVP expressed mild concern that I was “too Amazon” and asked how I felt about being less aggressive.

    Peculiar doesn't mean anything. I think there is some value to LPs though in terms of getting a huge organization to think alike to some degree. Idk if Google has a similar concept or not
