Pros and cons, like any big, publicly traded company. Salary and benefits I feel are quite good. Culture can vary quite a bit from one office/team to another, or working from home. Lots of turbulence the last few years, but hoping to see things level out a bit as new CEO gets his feet under him.

Its a great company, Boston has very open concept (which im not a fan) but we're rock stars in the design world. Layoffs common since i started 20 years ago, that is not a new thing.
