I have recruiters reach out to me for this position and I am actually looking to work in teams with positive attitude, passion in technology and interesting work.

Can anyone help me how is the wlb and work for senior ios devs? Is it a better opportunity that I can look for?

In terms of salary what can I expect or ask for ?
Any benefits apart from base salary?

My current TC is: 128k
YOE: 7
Role: Software Engineer II

      I am in a service delivery role at SAP Concur. The culture has changed since Concur was acquired but I wouldn’t say it has changed in a bad way. I still enjoy going to work every day. 🤷‍♀️ Competitors pay more but you can’t beat the work life balance at Concur.

    German employer culture is spreading throughout concur and prioritizing the employee more often than before, which tended to prioritize rock stars. If that interests you, go for it.
