Are they planning to go for ipo. I am about to get offer in guargon office. Seems like they pay reallygood but culture is shit. How about learning and all. Tc:24lpa Yoe:3.5 yrs Expected tc: 40lpa full base
Stay away, I repeat STAY AWAY. You will be scarred for life otherwise. Shittiest sweatshop and most toxic place on the planet. The Gurgaon CTO and his subordinates are big time crack heads. They treat the employees as their slaves. The company is dying slow death anyway. Extremely buggy product.
The culture has improved vastly in the last 2 years. Compared to other companies Sprinklr India actually decides product roadmap.. you will learn a lot and potentially earn a lot if you perform. Dm me if you have any questions ..

OP, all companies pay 40 lpa for 3-4 years experience. Try for a good company. Also Gurgaon is shit
40lpa base is rare i guess.. i got offer from msft .. but base is 24.5 ..but yeah tc is 38 lpa
