I don’t see “free food” at ADSK SF office, unless you are a scavenger after lunch time 😂🤣! There is a gym, yoga room with classes, on premise showers. Some massage chairs. That’s nice!
People here are nicer and more socially normal than the rest of the stereotypical sf bay area worker; inclusive opportunities for all and very egalitarian.

Dooood, everything else sucks except WLB. I'm amazed how much WLB is possible in a tech company. Unlimited vacation, 6 week paid sabbatical every 4 years, maternity/paternity, WFH/remote options, GEt almost 10 days off for Christmas, and most importantly of all, people don't get upset when you've got to pick up your daughter from school in the middle of the day. 12/10 on WLB.
