Seems like they pay below market, true?
We pay way under market. But in 1 year we're all now above market fwiw

Data science is competitive with FAANG, not sure about other departments
Also stock grants are in dollars so with the stock lower the packages include a lot more shares than they would have a month ago. DM me if you need an intro
For what position?
Stitch Fix has a strict market based pay philosophy, so if you're looking for a company that values loyalty and performance, look elsewhere.
For the styling team it’s bonkers how low their pay is for how much product they are selling. It’s a sales job and stitch fix refuses to call it one. Stylists only get a dollar raise after one year and then that’s the only raise they’ll ever get.
What are styling lead salaries like?
Stitchfix doesn’t have pay ranges or bands. They pay for the role. So everyone in that role gets the same pay. Not top of market, not bottom but their pay is consistent and fair. Huge plus for under represented demographics, especially in technology.
