How is this offer from Square?
Recently did an interview at Square and have the following offer, how does it look? * Software Engineer - not sure of level * 145 base * 15k signing bonus * 200k RSU 6 YOE
220k tc only and its bay area right? This is super low, give it up. Dont go

As long as it’s not Seattle or New York, it’s a great offer. Probably Atlanta or Canada I assume
Square isn’t the best when it comes to sign on. If location is Atlanta definitely take it. Otherwise, it’s up to you, it’s probably the best company I’ve worked for (Amazon’s and Microsoft being the others) but I have 2.5 YOE so up to you how much you want to believe me.
That looks like an ic4 offer. You should be able to negotiate a higher rsu amount but the base is probably as good as it gets. 6yoe and ic4 seems off too. That should be in ic5 range. I would push for ic5 (if you think you're qualified) and more rsus
