Overweight... but trying this Keto thing now...
Skinny AF, thanks to a crazy metabolism
Lucky. How much I wish I had that problem.
I tend to lose weight, if I am not going to gym, not taking my protein shake and boiled eggs and generally not particular about my diet. Nowdays not able to do any of these things due to Leetcode and my weight is reduced to 63Kg. I am going to stop interviewing end of this month and will take a break and focus on my body. It's too much effort man this LC.
Captain here... BMI can be a misleading statistic, though it is easy to calculate correctly. Look at BMI but also body fat % and waist-to-height ratio... *flys away*
Consider fasting if you're trying to lose weight. I've never seen anything else work as well.
I would, but the mind fatigue would get to me
Start slow. Practice doing it til 11am for 3 days in a row. Then til noon and so on.
Wow over 50% are overweight or almost overweight. This does not bode well. Come on guys/gals we need to get in shape!

I like to think I’m normal weight but BMI (and my wife) says otherwise. Not fat, but definitely overweight from what would be healthy/optimal
i think a lot of people believe they are normal weight despite numbers to the contrary.
Body image is a funny thing. And what's even more interesting is how different it is among genders. Women's perception of their body tends to trend negative, even if they're objectively fit/attractive. Men's perception of their body tends to trend positive, even if objectively they're not so fit/attractive. I wonder why that is?
