How many of you ever fake on social media post?
Sometimes I really want to post some comments on social media, especially after experiencing so many shitshows here. But my colleagues and some managers are also in my social network. So I can only choose to act like a positive shit. (One of my colleague even posts growth mindset bs regularly lol) Make me feel like I am not the one I truly am. Any one has the same issue?
A fake facebook for coworkers is a must. They think I spend all weekend giving tech talks, attending workshops, volunteering, share all the corporate bs posts, etc etc. My efforts outside of working hours has come up at review time.

Never add your co-workers on facebook. Bad idea. Or change privacy to make them restricted friends

Just turn them down. I always tell people to just email to my work when they ask about my personal email
I'd never friend management. I only friended coworkers after I realized I can trust them because they're the ones who shit talk the company
