How many rounds to negotiate the offer untill getting final TC ?
I have an offer from Amazon and they low ball me . HR called me to mention that they can only add 5 or 10 k but it is still too far from my target TC. how many rounds of phone calls or emails you guys go throught to get your target TC or closer ? shall I drop the offer and continue interviewing? thanks, yoe:2.5

Sounds like you didn’t interview well. You can either get the FAANG on your resume for 1-2 years then jump ship OR work for nonFaang making more. Which one do you think will boost you in high TC in year 4 or 5?
