How much Senior PM (Amazon) to expect from a startup?

Hi Startup Gurus, I am currently L6 Senior PM @Amazon making $300K = 160(base)+140K (stock/year). YoE (as PM) : 8 years YoE (lifetime): 14 years I am done with Amazon now and had multiple interviews last week and I am expecting offers from two startups in the next 2 weeks and after reading so many posts around startup compensation, I am wondering if you can help me get the right offer. I am posting it early, as I might not have enough time to decide (both companies are good with good prospects). Startup A (Bay Area): Series A (Raised two rounds of funding 8M + 30M) - Don't know about outstanding shares. Role: VP Startup B (Bay Area): Pre-Series A (Raised two rounds of funding 2M + 25M) - Don't know about outstanding shares. Role: VP Questions: 1. What should be the base salary range? (200 - 250K is what I am thinking). 2. Can I expect any joining bonus? any range? 3. Assuming stock will either be Options or RSU, anything to look for in the offer regarding any clause? e.g. Liquidation Preference, Undiluted Shares, Buy Back, Early Vesting? Any suggestion here would be very helpful 4. What equity range should I expect here? Thanks Folks! Will share as and when I receive more details. In the meanwhile, any help would be very helpful.

I bet they would both come in around 200k base and the rest in theoretical paper money (which you should understand “value” and implications of stuff like strike price and what happens when you leave) I’m done with startups for now - doing the opposite path
